Haiti – 18 months after

In early August, I had the opportunity to visit Haiti. It was an amazing journey, and also a very sobering one. To say the experience was other-worldly is understating it; there are no words.

Kelly Willis at The Kessler

In May, I had an opportunity to see Kelly Willis play at The Kessler Theatre. Never having heard her music, I took a chance going, and she played an intimate set, allowing her to showcase her talent and voice.

Visiting Longhorn Caverns State Park, that is. The caverns are located in the town of Burnet, Texas, about a 3 hour drive from Dallas.
